If there are leaks, never fear, just use the condition to get yourself a better deal. It's also a good time to take advantage of reduced competition since the less-hearty home shoppers will no doubt elect to stay home!
The one thing I do strongly suggest is that you make sure your Realtor brings plenty of umbrellas for everyone and hot chocolate! OK - see you out in the rain! Wait... your not going out dressed like that are you?! And just where is your hat and galoshes?
